Shipping policy

  1. With local warehouses in Germany and the United States, we currently can deliver to the United States and most EU countries, such as Germany (DE), Italy (IT), France (FR), Spain (ES), and so on. If your country/region is not mentioned above, don't hesitate to contact us at service@welockglobal.com for shipping details before purchase. 
  2. We usually need 1 to 3 working days to process the order, and 5-7 days later, you will receive your products. If you are not in an EU country, the shipping time will take about 10–25 days.The shipping is delayed for some objective or uncontrolled reasons. We will notify our customers ahead of delays. During the busy holiday season, processing times take longer than usual, and some delays are to be expected.

    3. Please note that each country has different rules regarding import duties and taxes. Duty free only for EU countries (the products will be sent out from a European warehouse). Customs duties and taxes for non-EU countries are to be paid by the customer. For more information, contact the email: service@welockglobal.com

    4. However, as a few remote areas and cities may not support our shipping methods, we may charge you part of the freight fee before shipping. If you want to check whether there is an extra freight fee for your orders, please kindly write an email to service@welockglobal.com with your country and postcode.

    5. WELOCK is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs duties, delays or loss due to natural disasters, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

    6. WELOCK products will be sent out from our overseas warehouse, preferentially. Sometimes it may be sent from a China warehouse if there is not enough stock in the overseas warehouse, the shipping time is about 10–25 business days.
