Please know that if you want to use the remote unlocking feature, you need to purchase the WELOCK WIFIBOX3 gateway. If you don’t have a Wi-Fi bridge gateway, you can still use the WELOCK App to unlock with Bluetooth in the vicinity of the smart lock.

Before you begin, make sure the Welock Smart Lock and Wi-Fi gateway are already installed on your Welock App.

To enter Wi-Fi remote unlock mode, click the Wi-Fi gateway icon on the WELOCK APP, followed by the unlock button to unlock the door remotely. The Wi-Fi gateway symbol, located to the right of the unlock button, allows you to switch between Bluetooth and distant Wi-Fi unlocking options. The default setting of WELOCK smart door lock is Bluetooth unlock.
