Install the Alexa app

If you don't have, please install the Amazon Alexa app on your mobile device.

for Android: Download apps to your Android device

 

Watch the video "how to connect with Alexa." 

 

1. Choose Works with Alexa

Open the Amazon Alexa app and  select the devices and click Skills&Games.

2. Search ‘WELOCK’ and click the button.

3. Sign up with your WELOCK account and wait for account linking

4. Discover smart home devices

Note: If the device is not found the first time, you must try again

 

5. Link the app and find the devices that are in the app devices list.

 

6. Open your lock with Amazon Alexa Voice Control. (‘office’ is lock name.)

• say: Alexa, lock office
• say: Alexa, unlock office
